Assorted Vegetables Bowl with Dried Shrimps

Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250ml
Fresh Mushrooms 100gm
Broccoli, cut into florets
Golden Mushrooms (Remove the roots) 1 packet
Dried Shrimps 20 pieces
Baby Cabbage 2 bundles
Ginger 4 pieces

Methods
1. Wash and cut the vegetables.
2. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil, saute the ginger, dried shrimps and fresh mushrooms. Add in the baby cabbage and stir fry. Pour in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and cook.
3. Add in broccoli to cook. Lastly add in the golden mushrooms, simmer till fragrant and serve.
