Fish Slice and Tofu Soup |
Ingredients |
1 Packet Swanson Clear Chicken Broth (1 Litre)
250ml Water
400g Firm Fish, Sliced
1 Box of Tofu, cut into big cubes
2 Medium Tomato, cut into quarters
2 Stalks of Spring Onion, cut into sections
2 Slices of Ginger
½ Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Cornflour
Dash of Ground Pepper |

Methods |
1. Rinse, pat dry and lightly season the fish with cornflour, pepper and light soy sauce.
2. Heat up a non-stick pan/pot with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté ginger and spring onion till fragrant. Pour in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and water and bring to boil for 2 minutes.
3. Toss in fish slices, tomato wedges and tofu. Simmer on medium heat for 1½ minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and serve hot with dash of pepper and garnish. |
