Can Swanson Clear Chicken Broth (399 ml)
12 Fresh Large Prawns
3 Slices of Dang Gui
2 Slices of Ginger, julienned
6 Red Dates, cut into quarters
5g Wolfberries
Garnish:
1 Teaspoon Cooking Wine

Methods |
1. Rinse, trim the prawns and pat dry with kitchen paper towel.
Slit the back of the prawn for shorter cooking time and arrange
them in a steaming plate.
2. Top prepared prawns with all the dry ingredients and slowly
pour in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth by the side.
3. When the water comes to boil in the wok, place the dish on the
steamer rack and steam over medium high heat for about 5
minutes.
4. Remove, splash in 1 teaspoon of cooking wine; garnish with
some coriander and serve. |
