Veggie Delight Mee Hoon |
Ingredients |
250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth
200gm Thick brown rice mee hoon, lightly blanched in hot water
50gm Snow peas, thinly sliced
50gm Carrot, thinly sliced
50gm White cabbage, thinly sliced
55gm Dry mushrooms, pre-soaked and thinly sliced
30gm Firm dark soya, thinly sliced
30gm Tomatoes, de-seed and cut into strips
1tbsp Sesame oil
1/2cup Water
Garnish
100gm Tiger prawns, cooked
50gm Spring onion, thinly sliced |

Methods |
Mix all ingredients and Swanson Chicken Broth together in a big non-stick wok or pot, bring the liquid to a boil and toss well. Let the mee hoon braise in it for 4-5 minutes or until it is cooked. Garnish and serve hot. |
