Golden Eight Treasure Noodle Soup |
Ingredients |
1can Swanson Clear Chicken Broth (411gm)
100gm Yee Mee noodles
3cups Water
1tbsp Garlic, minced
10gm Coriander root
1cob Yellow corn, cut into bite size
30gm White onion, cut into quarter size
60gm Yellow cherry tomatoes
60gm White radishes, cut into flower shape
60gm Lotus root, sliced and cut into bite size
20gm Snow peas
15gm Tomatoes, de-seed and cut into strips
60gm Carrot, cut into flower shape
Pinch White pepper
1tbsp Rock sugar |

Methods |
Heat up a pot with olive oil, fry the onion without browning until it is soft and add in minced garlic to fry to light golden brown. Add in the rest of the ingredients one after the other. Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes before adding in the noodles. Serve hot. |
