Turkey Medallion Spaghetti |
Ingredients |
Turkey 8 slices (approx. 80gm per slice)
Spaghetti 400gm
Prego Italian Fresh Mushroom Sauce 737gm 1/3 of a jar
Young Vegetables (Broccoli and Carrot) 320gm
Olive Oil 6 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Marinating Seasoning
Salt 4 pinches
Mixed Herbs 4 pinches
Olive Oil 5 tbsp |

Methods |
1) Trim the turkey and cut to the required sizes.
2) Season the turkey with olive oil, salt & mixed herbs. Marinate it overnight (optional).
3) Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to pack instruction.
4) Blanch the vegetables in boiling water (add 1 pinch of salt) for 3-5 mins.
5) Sauté vegetables with olive oil (2 tbsp).
6) Pan-fry the turkey with olive oil (4 tbsp) to medium well for 3-5 mins.
7) Place 2 slices of turkey on each serving plate.
8) Heat up Prego Fresh Mushroom Sauce in a pan for 3 mins.
9) Scoop spaghetti and place nicely beside the meat.
10) Lastly place the vegetables, pour sauce and ready to serve. |
