Ingredients |
3 cans of Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 can Water
300g skinless Chicken Thigh, cut into pieces
10cm Chinese Yam (Huaishan/Shanyao), sliced to 0.5cm
10cm Carrot, sliced to 0.5cm
4 fresh Shitake Mushrooms, halved
4 Abalone Mushrooms
5 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped

1罐水
300克去皮鸡腿肉,切块
10公分长的山药(淮山/山药),切成0.5公分厚的薄片
10公分长的红萝卜,切成0.5公分厚的薄片
4个鲜冬菇,切半
4个鲍鱼菇
5瓣大蒜,粗略剁碎 |

Methods |
In a pot, add Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth, Water and chopped Garlic. Bring to boil. Add Chicken Thigh pieces. Boil for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
