Spinach Chicken Soup
菠菜鸡汤

Ingredients
3 cans of Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 can Water
200g skinless, boneless Chicken Breast (cut into strips, mixed with a little tapioca flour)
100g fresh Spinach Leaves
2 tablespoons Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berries)
6 slices Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Abalone (canned, sliced) - optional

200克去皮去骨鸡胸肉(切丝,加入少许生粉调均)
100克新鲜菠菜叶
2大汤匙枸杞子
6片姜
1/2茶匙芝麻油
1只鲍鱼(罐装,已切片)-非必要

Methods
In a pot, add Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth, Water, Ginger slices and Gou Qi Zi. Bring to boil. Add Chicken Strips to pot and boil for 15 seconds. Add Sesame Oil.
