Baked Prawns, Ham & Pineapple Rice Doria(Single Meal)
虾,火腿,黄梨,芝士烤饭(一锅)

Ingredients
(A)
1 cup Long Grain Rice
1 cup *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth

(B):
150g Prawans without shells
Season Prawns with 1/4tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Sugar , a dash of Black Pepper
3 slices Picnic Ham(cut to dices)
150g Onion(cut to dices)


(C)To make Tomato Flavoured Roux
30g Butter
4 TBS Plain Flour
200ml *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth
5 TBS Tomato Puree

(D)
Some Mezzarella Cheese
1/2 can Pineapple(cut to cubes)
Some Red Capsicum(cut to diamond shapes)

(A):
-一杯香米
-一杯*史云生清鸡汤

(B):
-150克去壳虾肉
-用1/4茶匙盐
-1/4茶匙糖
-少许黑胡椒粉腌入味
-3片火腿肉(切丁)
-150可洋葱(切丁)

(C)做番茄味汁:
-30克奶油
-4汤匙面粉
-200ml*史云生清鸡汤
-5 汤匙番茄浓酱

(D)装饰佐料:
-适量Mozzarella芝士
-1/2罐黄梨圈(切丁)
-适量红茏椒

Serving: For 5-6 person, as a one meal dish

Methods
1.Rinse and drain Rice.Add with *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth.Cook rice in an electric rice cooker untill done.Puff up rice with a pair of chopsticks.Leave aside.
2.Melt Butter in a non-stick work.Add in Onion and saute untill soft.Add in seasoned Prawns and saute untill Prawns are cooked.
3.Sprinkle plain Flour spoonful by spoonful.Toss well.Turn fire to medium
low and pour in *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth,stir well to combine untill there are no lumps.
4.Add in Tomato Puree and stir well.Turn off fire and add in Ham and pineapple cubes and stir well.
5.Grease a big Pyrex Baking Dish with some Butter.Place a layer of Rice in Pyrex dish.
6.Pour in 1/2 portion of the Prawns , Ham , Pineapple,Tomato Roux mixture , layer well
7.Sprinkle a layer of Mozzarella Cheese.Make another layer of Rice over,pour in
remaining 1/2 portion of Prawns , Ham , Pineapple ,Tomato Roux mixture , another
layer of Mozzarella Cheese and arrange some Red Capsicum diamonds over.
8.Grill in a preset oven of 200 degree celsius for about 15 minute or untill top layer becomes light golden.Remove from oven , ready to serve.

做法
1.洗米沥干水份。加*史云生清鸡汤,用电饭锅煮饭。饭煮好用筷子把饭弄松备用。
2.在不黏低里把牛油溶解,加入洋葱丁炒软加入腌好的虾炒至熟。
3.慢慢撒入面粉,炒匀,把火调小,倒入*史云生清鸡汤混合至没有颗粒。
4.加入番茄浓酱拌好。息火,加入火腿丁和黄梨丁拌好
5.把一个耐热玻璃烤盘涂少许牛油。放一层饭进烤盘。
6.倒入1/2份虾肉,火腿丁,黄梨丁和番茄味汁,撒上一层Mozzarella芝士。
7.再填上一层饭剩下的1/2份虾肉,火腿丁,黄梨丁和番茄味汁,再撒上一层Mozzarella芝士把红茏椒菱角排好。
8.推入已调好至200度摄氏的烤箱烤大约15分钟或至上层变金黄色。推出烤箱即可上桌。
