One Pot Flavourful Rice (Single Meal) 蕃鸡肉香味饭(一锅) |
Ingredients |
(A):
300g Sweet Potato without skin (cut to dices)
5 Black Mushrooms(remove,stem removed ,cut to shreds)
200g Chicken Leg(remove skin & bones ,cut to shred)
1 TBS Light Soya Sauce, a dash of pepper
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 cup Long Grain Rice(irinsed & drained)
2 1/4 cups *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth
1 TBS Cooking Oil
1 TBS minced Garlic
20g Sliced Shallots
(B)For Garnishing:
Some Golden Shallots
Some cut Spring Onion
Some Red Chili Shreds

-5剁香菇(泡软,去,切丝)
-200克鸡腿(去皮,去骨,切细条)、
-1汤匙酱清
-少许胡椒粉
-1茶匙麻油
-2杯香米(洗净沥干)
-21/4杯*史云生清鸡汤
-1汤匙菜油
-一汤匙蒜蓉
-20克小葱头片
(B)装饰用:
-适量炸好香葱片
-适量青葱粒
-适量红辣椒丝 |

Methods |
1.Season Chicken shreds with 1 TBS Light Soya Sauce , a dash of pepper and 1 tsp Sesame Oil. Rinse and drain Long Grain Rice.
2.Heat up TBS Cooking oil in a non-stick work.Drop in minced Garlic and Shallot slices and saute untill fragrant.Add in Chicken and Mushrooms,
saute untill Chicken is cooked.Toss in Rice and Sweet Potato dices.Transfer
to an electric Rice Cooker.
3.Add in 2 1/4cup*SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth, into rice cooker to cook rice.When done , puff up rice with a pair of chopsticks.Ready to serve with
some Golden Shallots, some cut Spring Onions and some Red Chilie Shreds as garnishing.
做法:
1.鸡肉先用1汤匙酱清,少许胡椒粉,1茶匙麻油腌入味。香米洗净沥干。
2.在不黏低锅里烧热1汤匙菜油,加入蒜蓉和小葱头片炒香。加入鸡肉和香菇,
炒至鸡肉熟。加入米和蕃署丁拌好,移入电饭锅中。
3.加入2 1/4杯*史云生清鸡汤,开电煮饭。饭煮熟时用筷子把饭弄松。要吃时撒些炸好香葱片,青葱粒和红辣椒丝。
