Australian Baby Abalone 450g (drained with cold water)
Chicken Feet 6-8 pcs (drained with cold water)
Pork Belly 30g (drained with cold water)
Sweetened Lotus Seeds 40g
Chinese Ham 10g (Steamed)
1L Swanson 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth
Water 1/2 litre
Shanghai Green Veggie |

Sauce:
Swanson 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth 3-4 TBS
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp |

Methods |
1. Add chicken feet, abalone and pork belly into skillet, followed by 1L Swanson 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth and water. Cover and cook for about one and a half hour until tender and set aside.
2. Cook Shanghai green veggie with Swanson 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth. Rinse away excess sugar from sweetened lotus seed and bring both ingredients to a boil in Swanson 97% Fat Free Clear Chicken Broth.
3. Stir in all seasonings into the skillet and bring to a boil. Add baby abalones and simmer for another 10mins. Lastly add in the green veggie and lotus seeds and simmer. When ready, serve hot. |
