Chicken Mushroom Carbonara Penne |
Ingredients |
1 can (300g) Prego Carbonara Mushroom sauce
250g Penne Pasta (cooked as per instructions on the packet)
2 no Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 pcs Chicken Breast, sliced
50g Fresh Button Mushrooms
10g Chopped Parsley
Salt/pepper, crushed as needed |

Methods |
1. Heat up a frying pan with oil till medium heat, Add the sliced chicken and fry quickly.
2. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 2 mins, followed by the garlic.
3. Pour in Prego Carbonara Mushroom sauce and add the cooked pasta, mix well.
4. Adjust seasoning and toss in the chopped parsley, portion onto plates and serve immediately. |
